The arts are the product of the creative spirit in humanity. Because the source of this spirit is universal, the arts comprise a universal language—a medium of communication that transcends boundaries of nationality, race and religion, and creates unity. Inherently, the arts are a bridge to global peace.

Through beauty, harmony and truth, we appreciate one another simply because we are human. By gathering artists from the three main cultures of the Middle East who let this universal spirit shine forth, we hope to weave one beautiful stitch in the great tapestry of peace.
